That’s right, I am going to buy a Kindle. It is either that or a new bookcase and the new Kindle 3 is cheaper. I read so many books and have so many bookshelves that it is no longer even remotely funny. My house is more books that walls.

This is why I am getting the new Kindle 3. Having just found out that I can store 3,600 books on the device there is no way I am going to buy another paperback. The new Kindle definitely seems like it is more than worth the money. The fact that the price is now so much lower than it ever was but the technology is even better simply makes it the best possible choice I could make for an e-book reader.

What I also really love about the Kindle is the fact that I can get 1.8 million books for nothing. All books before the 1920′s are out of copyright and they are available to download for free with the new Kindle, that is simply amazing news and an offer that I simply cannot pass up. Imagine being able to read all of the old classics on my new reader for nothing. That alone really makes it amazing value for money without the fact that I can store all my new purchases on my Kindle really does make it the most sensible choice that I can make right now.

I do love having a paperback in my hand but from talking to friends and actually looking at the Kindle, and that is the old version there is no doubt that I am going to be more than happy with the new version. It really does look like you are reading from a real book and I am in no doubt that the new Kindle 3 is going to be an even better reading experience.
